What we cannot do

We are not a casino and cannot see anyone's casino account, recover funds or give legal advice. For a dispute, write to the operator, quote the clause and use any complaint route named in its terms.

Writing a useful correction

The fastest way to get a figure fixed is to send the page address, the line you think is wrong, what you believe it should say and a link to the provider page or regulator page that shows it. If a provider has changed a slot since we checked, tell us the date you saw the new information. We cannot confirm a change without a source, so a link matters more than a long explanation.

Game requests

If you would like a slot covered, send its name and where you saw it offered to Canadian players. We prioritise games with a provider page we can cite for RTP and features, because we only publish figures we can source.
